Hagglund
160 Hagglund BV 206 All Terrain Tracked Vehicles painted for the King of Jordan
- Hagglunds are ex MOD vehicles, personnel carriers which consist of twin units on rubber tracks
- They were steam cleaned, prepared & painted in 2 pack paint system in blocks of 10
Locomotive Painting
- All components from chassis, bogies through body panels were shot blasted and painted in 2 pack water based paint system (Rail approved
- Different elements were painted in four colors: grey, yellow, red and / or black
- All work was carried out at our Scunthorpe location
Mobile Crane
- Shot blast to SA 2.5 areas of crane
- Two coats of Sikkens 2K BT LV 350 primer
- Two coats of Sikkens LV 351 top coat
Pedestrian Portals
- Shot blast to SA 2.5
- Two coats of Sikkens BT LV 350 primer
- One coat of speed build 3 primer
- Two coats of Sikkens BT LV 250 RM top coat

- Two coats of Sikkens Epoxy primer BT LV350
- Two coats of Sikkens BT WB 551 base coat (Silver)

Steel Storage Tank
- Shot blast to SA 2.5
- Alkyl zinc silicate primer to DFT 75 microns (Interzinc 22*)
- High build epoxy sealer to DFT 75 microns (Intergard 251*)
- High build aliphatic polyurethane to DFT 75 microns (Interthane 990*)
- Painted tank - a gleaming finish comes as standard
Vehicle Barrier System
