Emtrade International Ltd is an independent SME operating mainly across rail, security (anti-attack vehicle barrier system), power generation and Ministry of Defence. The Company is well established in a niche market providing specialist coating application service to steel, both in-house and on site.

The services include chemical resistant and aesthetic finishes, corrosion-proof, specialized epoxy finishes, high temperature coatings and hard-wearing finishes, fire protection, solvent based and solvent free epoxies, coal tar epoxies, polyurethanes, alkyds and non-slip decking coatings, to name but a few.

• “One-stop shop” operation includes shot blasting, coating and fabrication service means that we can effectively control the whole process providing you with optimum coating solution
• Specialist in surface preparation, coating application and finishing
• Large fully environmentally compliant drive-in drive-out shot blast room (24m x 5.3m x 5m)
• Large fully environmentally compliant drive-in drive-out paint booth (23m x 5.3m x 5m) which is also a low bake oven heating up to 70 degrees C
• Baking accelerates the paint curing process minimizing the risk of overspray and dust contamination therefore achieving premium quality finish on any coating (inc. painting) projects
• Lifting capacity of 50 tonnes
