Our purpose built workshop corresponds with all the stringent modern legislation on safety and environmental controls.
Blast room 24m x 5.3m x 5m is fitted with reclaim facility, can accommodate two blasters at a time for quick turnaround, is fully enclosed and extracted, not affected by weather.
Low bake oven 22.5m x 5.3m x 5m has capacity to handle large items, the spray booth is fully filtered and environmentally compliant, which can heat curing up to 70 degrees Celsius for two pack products.
Preparation area where panel beating, welding repairs, filling and sanding and other prep activities are carried out.
