CAT 988F repairs and painting

CAT 988F 50 T Wheeled Loader came from an extreme duty steel mill application where it was handling a molten slag.

Cost effective approach was paramount as the book value of this machine was relatively high.

Work performed:

• Large number of panels have been removed, repaired and refitted
• Replace seat cushion (not the whole seat), fit new floor matt etc)

Small repairs included:

• Hydraulic tilt cylinders resealed
• Cab removed, repaired and re-fitted
• New guards fabricated
• Bucket repaired
• Parking brake removed, repaired & re-fitted
• Cab re-glazed
• Fire extinguisher system removed
• New tyres fitted

Cat 953B repairs and painting

CAT 953B 15 T Tracked Loader came from an extreme duty steel mill application where it was handling a molten slag.

Work performed:

• New undercarriage fitted
• Old general purpose bucket replaced with 4in1
• Cab sound suppression panels replaced
• Hydraulic cylinders removed and re-sealed
• Seat cushion replaced
• Cab grill removed
• Cab re-glazed

Fiat Kobelco E 385 Track Excavator repairs & painting

Machine was completely burn out. The fire started in the engine compartment.
Repairs included (supplying and fitting):

• New engine
• New hydraulic pumps
• New wiring harness
• New hydraulic hoses
• New bonnet and engine doors

Machine was repainted, calibrated and tested by us.

JCB 407 Wheel Loader cosmetic repairs
